Had dinner here 2 weeks ago and I can't believe that I didn't write a review, I couldn't stop thinking about the Oyster Bingo! So here we go... I ordered the skirt steak with caramelized onion & fries, my plate was sparkling clean afterwards. I actually finished my plate! It was that good. But the Oyster Bingo was the besssst!!! Read more.

Fantastic fire place in the main downstairs dinning room. The little bar at the front looks great! Very cozy and comfortable feel. The mountain of onions bits (in the starters) is very popular! (and fun to eat). But the ambiance is the big winner in this place. Read more.

San Francisco Chronicle Bar Bites

In some ways Buckeye Roadhouse is the quintessential bar bite. It's on the side of the highway, so it's the kind of place you just drop into, especially after a day cavorting in Marin or the Wine Country. It's got a great, old-fashioned bar, complete with bartenders in vests and friendly cocktail waitresses. And the restaurant's hard-to-resist appetizers and sandwiches go well with the expertly shaken cocktails. Read more.
